REGULAR VERBS BASIC RULES
To form the SIMPLE PAST, there are 2 types of verbs in English: Regular and Irregular verbs.
Regular verbs: add “-ed”.
Irregular verbs hold this name for a reason, that is, they take all kinds of forms. However, there are some patterns that are worth looking into.
